Senior Instructor - skills training (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Wilder Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about training materials. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in training materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
