Senior Instructor - skills training (Baltimore, MD)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on skills training for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about enrolment. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in enrolment. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
