Senior Instructor - skills training (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Quarry Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about field inspections. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Baltimore, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
