Senior Instructor - skills training (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Highbridge West Care Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be skills training. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about client records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in client records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
