Senior Instructor - skills training (Austin, TX)

Summit Haven Early Learning runs childcare centres in Austin caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would join a small organisation of about 52 people based in Austin. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
