Senior Instructor - skills training (Austin, TX)

Summit Nest Auto Group is a Austin company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
