Senior Instructor - skills training (Austin, TX)

Cedar Drift Health is a healthcare provider in Austin with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our skills training. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinic supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
