Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Wichita, KS)

Highbridge Orchard Care Services provides in-home and community support in Wichita. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in visit scheduling. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
