Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Virginia Beach, VA)

Cedar Clear Health provides primary and specialty care in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about referrals. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in referrals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
