Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
