Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tucson, AZ)

Fernwood Birch Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about caregiver training. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in caregiver training. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
