Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Early Learning and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about tuition and subsidies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
