Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Ridge Learning Group and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
