Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Orchard Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 583 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
