Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Summit Ridge Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about production lots. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in production lots. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
