Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Toledo, OH)

Ironwood Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing records. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in licensing records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
