Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Amber Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in timekeeping.
