Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Spokane, WA)

Amberfield Oak Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
