Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Mill Care Services Partners and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
