Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Seattle, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Cross Inspection Services and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 408 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
