Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Sparrow Care Services supports families and individuals in Seattle with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
