Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Seattle, WA)

Redstone Willow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Seattle. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
