Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Seattle, WA)

Ironwood Pine Early Learning is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in classroom supplies. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
