Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Thistle Medical and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about device records. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
