Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood North Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the San Diego area, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
