Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Amber Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
