Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Sacramento, CA)

Rivermark Haven Auto Group is a Sacramento company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in service appointments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
