Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Quarry Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about test reports. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in test reports. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
