Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Rochester, NY)

Fernwood Pike Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Rochester region, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
