Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Richmond, VA)

Fernwood Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Richmond, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
