Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Iron Learning Group Partners is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • We reply to every applicant.
