Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Cobalt Auto Group is a Reno company supplying vehicle parts and service. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Reno. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about warranty claims. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in warranty claims. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
