Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Fernwood River Learning Group is an education provider in Wichita serving students and families. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Families are partners. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about learning materials. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in learning materials. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
