Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Clearpath Field Staffing is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about timekeeping. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in timekeeping. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
