Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Beacon Staffing Partners and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about temp assignments. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in temp assignments. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
