Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Bright North Auto Group is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about parts orders. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
