Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Amberfield Thistle Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Grand Rapids. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about attendance records. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Subject experience in attendance records. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
