Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Summit West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about visit scheduling. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
