Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Highbridge Oak Inspection Services Group tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Fresno, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about certifications. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
