Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Harborlight Linden Inspection Services Partners is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Subject experience in equipment calibration. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
