Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Greenridge Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Jackson, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
