Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Greenridge Forge Care Services is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
