Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Lumen Iron Medical is a Pittsburgh company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about clinical evaluations. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in clinical evaluations. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
