Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Amber Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Portland. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 200 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
