Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Ironwood Auto Group is a Fort Worth company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Senior Instructor to lead our onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about service appointments. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in service appointments. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
