Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Fernwood North Early Learning Partners is an early-learning provider in Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. You would join a large organisation of about 565 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about family communication. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
