Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Field Staffing and adding a Senior Instructor whose main responsibility will be onboarding programmes. You would join a small organisation of about 97 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about onboarding. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. What we are looking for • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
