Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Greenridge Kestrel Staffing is a Grand Rapids staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about retention. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Patient, encouraging and clear. Nice to have • Subject experience in retention. • Teaching credential or training certificate. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
