Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Harborlight West Care Services supports families and individuals in Miami with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Instructor to take on onboarding programmes. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about licensing. What we are looking for • Teaching, coaching or training experience. • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in licensing. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
