Senior Instructor - onboarding programmes (remote)

Westbrook Fox Medical is looking for a Senior Instructor. The job centres on onboarding programmes for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 240 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare materials, exercises and assessments about regulatory submissions. • Track attendance and progress and follow up with those who fall behind. • Plan and teach classes to adult learners of mixed experience. • Adapt lessons to different learning speeds and backgrounds. • Collect feedback and improve the course each term. What we are looking for • Patient, encouraging and clear. • Comfort with slides, handouts and basic online tools. • Teaching, coaching or training experience. Nice to have • Teaching credential or training certificate. • Subject experience in regulatory submissions.
